Order & Payment
How do I know if my order has gone through?
You will receive an immediate confirmation by email once your order has been successfully placed. Didn't receive an email? Check your spam folder or contact us.
Can I change or cancel my order?
That is possible, as long as your order has not been processed or shipped. Contact us as soon as possible, then we will see what is still possible.
What payment methods are available?
You can pay safely via iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card (Visa/Mastercard), PayPal and Klarna (pay afterwards).
Shipping & Delivery
What is the delivery time of my order?
For orders within the Netherlands and Belgium: ordered before 10pm on workdays = delivered the next day.
For other countries, the expected delivery time is 2–5 working days.
Can I track my order?
Sure. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace link from us by email.
What are the shipping costs?
Within the Netherlands and Belgium, shipping is free from €100. For orders below that amount, you pay €4.95 shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges
How can I return my product?
You can return within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is unworn and in its original condition. You can easily return via our return portal.
When will I receive my money back?
We will refund the purchase amount to your account within 5 working days of receipt of the returned product.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes. Return your current product and place a new order with the desired size or color. This will make the process faster and clearer.

How do I choose the right size?

Are Radar products unisex?
Many products are unisex. If an item is specifically designed for men or women, we will mention that in the product description.
How do I maintain my Radar gear?
We recommend washing at a maximum of 30°C, without fabric softener, and not putting the products in the dryer. This will keep them in top condition.
